Lake Union Wooden Boat Festival

July 1 - 4, 2017

The Wooden Boat Festival is designed to celebrate the maritime heritage of the Northwest, putting tools in hands and getting people out on the water in historic wooden boats. There’s nothing stuffy about the wooden boat festival. This is an old-fashioned, down-home waterfront event where everything is fun and most things are free.

Emerald Downs Fireworks Spectacular

July 3, 2017

Our annual fireworks show, presented by Carl's Jr., is a must see event! Come early to enjoy the races and grab a seat. Stay after the races for a concert from Rae Solomon, rising country star! Fireworks will start after the concert (tentatively 10 pm).

Seafair Summer Fourth

July 4, 2017

Celebrate our nation's independence with Seafair! The ultimate freedom celebration takes place at Gas Works Park, which boasts the best views of the fireworks show over Lake Union. Throughout the day guests can dine with our food vendors, peruse exhibit booths and listen to live entertainment from the main stage. General admission is FREE!

Tacoma Freedom Fair

July 4, 2017

Head to the Ruston Way waterfront on the 4th of July for Freedom Fair, featuring all the usual 4th of July activities, airshows, great food, vendors, exhibits, rides, and events - along with a lot of very exciting new ones! It's the South Sound's biggest annual event, and a party that you don't want to miss, which ends with the Northwest's biggest firework show over Puget Sound!

Redmond Derby Days

The Redmond Bicycle Derby was the outgrowth of a small town's community spirit and is now the nation's longest running bicycle race. It includes activities for young and old.

Seattle International Beerfest

Ballard SeafoodFest

Enjoyed by thousands of folks across the Puget Sound area and beyond, this free event celebrates Ballard and its heritage, as well as the unique community mix. The festival is all about fun: great music, local brews, kids activities and quality arts and crafts.

Skagit Valley Highland Games

July 8 - 9, 2017

The Skagit Valley Highland Games is part of an annual circut of competitions held in the Pacific Northwest and Lower Mainland of British Columbia. As such, the quality of performers in solo bagpiping and drumming competitions, bagpipe bands, fiddling, traditional Scottish athletics (the "heavy" events) and Highland dancing is at an extremely high level.

Capital Lakefair

The annual Capital Lakefair features a parade, live entertainment, a carnival, and a fabulous fireworks show. Many of the proceeds from this event go to local non-profit organizations that benefit the community.

Timber! Outdoor Music Festival

Timber! Outdoor Music Festival returns to Tolt-Macdonald Park in Carnation, WA. The festival is 3 days filled with great music, camping, paddle boarding and other outdoor activities, a 5k run, and kids activities galore at Camp Timber!

King County Fair

Held at the Enumclaw Expo Center, the King County Fair offers tractor pulls, live music, classic fair food, a petting zoo, rides and a midway.

Kirkland Uncorked

Kirkland Uncorked is a regional showcase of art, food and wine on the picturesque shores of Lake Washington in Kirkland, Washington taking place at Marina Park. This fun event will benefit the Homeward Pet Adoption Center.

Kent Cornucopia Days

Seafair Milk Carton Derby

The annual Seafair Milk Carton Derby will take place on Saturday, July 15th! Nearly 100 colorful milk carton boats of all shapes and design will compete on the waters of Green Lake for $10,000 in prizes.

Dragon Fest

Covington Days

An official SeaFair-sanctioned event, Covington Days has been a staple in the community since 1986. The festival kicks off on Saturday with the parade at 10 a.m. Afterwards, the festival grounds come alive with arts and crafters, carnival games, exhibitors, kid and family activities, on stage entertainment, inflatable toys, watermelon eating contest and much more! The festival runs Sunday, too!

White Center Jubilee Days

In its 90th year, the White Center Jubilee is 5 days jam-packed full of fun. There will be a street fair, a car show, entertainment on multiple stages, a beer garden, and lots of food.

Bite of Seattle

Bite of Seattle is a food and entertainment extravaganza held annually at Seattle Center, with more than 60 restaurants participating. There are 4 outdoor entertainment stages featuring all genres of music, free Bite Movie Night, outdoor beer gardens, live cooking demonstrations and cook-offs, and more.

Vashon Island Strawberry Festival

There is something for all ages and interests during this fun-filled, annual event. A grand-parade, classic car show and parade, several music stages, vendor booths, alternative carnival, local artists, and street dances are all part of the fun. Chow Down

July 26, 2016

Chow Down is a one night food and beverage sampling event where guests try "bites" from an ethnically diverse array of restaurants and breweries in Seattle's Columbia City and Hillman City neighborhoods. Guests purchase a "passport" for $50, which grants them one-night access to nearly 20 locations, along Rainier Avenue. Proceeds from this annual event benefit the Rainier Valley Food Bank.
