Seattle Japanese Garden
Located within the Washington Park Arboretum, this 3-1/2 acre formal garden was designed and constructed under the supervision of world-renowned Japanese garden designer Juki Iida in 1960. The Japanese Garden represents a compressed world of mountains, forests, lakes, rivers, tablelands and a village, with each feature conveying a quiet message of its own.
